A concealer shade that is correct in nature. Pun intended!!
HAVE A LOOK:
Nyx Above and Beyond full coverage concealer comes in a transparent small tub container, with black screwing top lid without any applicator along.
HAVE A VIEW:
The color I have here is Orange which true to its name is bright orange shade. The pigmentation is really remarkable. It is a stiff cream finish that is more towards being matte. It blends in to skin very easily and is totally light on skin. Though it is in a small container but as little as a smear is more than enough to do covering up.
HAVE A SAY:
Being a true orange color I usually use it through and through as a correcter than a concealer. By far almost everyone, who knows ABC of makeup, would also know that to cover and hide dark bluish/ purple pigmentation or under-eye circles, an orange tint is preferred rather is a must. So this one here is a solution to all those products which we like to apply but they are not enough orange to conceal the darkness.
I normally use it right after I have used a primer, before applying a foundation or concealer. It blends up easily into skin and looks more like a tint than an additional product applied; the skin isn't going to feel heavy when you layer it up with other products. That's how they claim it being 'Crease Free'. The only (read:BIG) difference is that now skin would have been color corrected so a foundation or concealer can do the rest: Perfect situation.
Though it is in cream form, it is quite matte so face won't end up oily; those with very dry skin might have to prep a little. .
Something that I felt really amazed by is the pigmentation. I have to use the smallest amount to cover up under my eyes or around the mouth and never feel the need to reach out for more.
What I and some other people won't like too, is it being in a tub. I usually have to use my fingers to apply it over but it gets a bit messy plus there is always a bit of residue on my fingers. A brush would carry too much than needed, so I would recommend using it with a sponge wedge and then would always be used with same one so nothing is wasted.
This particular shade is not actually gonna work as a remedy for pimples or acne so will have to be used in combination with other product. Otherwise it is really gonna keep blemishes, pigmentation or under-eye circles at an arm's length. Though I am very sure that the formula in other 'concealer' like shades would do wonders.
HAVE A NOD or SHAKE:
So that was all about this wondrous product, Hope you like it
See you with another post soon.
Cheers

HAVE A NOD or SHAKE:
- Absolutely perfect color correcter for skin discoloration.
- It would blend so easily into skin and is really lightweight so it wont crease at all.
- The pigmentation is really great; it covers up really well.
- Orange shade is not much useful for acne or pimples.
- Tub container might be unhygienic for some.
- It has to be used in combination with other products as required.
