Maybelline Watershine Elixir comes in a pen like capped silver container with a transparent ring for shade to peek through. the tip is slanted with pin holes in it.

Twister at other end of the "pen" makes the product ooze through the holes..All in all the packaging is pretty sleek and compact.

Pink Seduction is a pink shade with peach undertones. It has a golden shimmer to it which is not at all particle-like and is just so infused that it never stays out separately rather just enhances the shine itself.

 I have already reviewed one of Maybelline Watershine Elixir in Vibrant violet which also is a grand shade. Normally I do different shades of one product in one post but I thought it won't do justice to both of them if I did same with these two.Both of them have some similarities and differences of course.
For starters I second my earlier statement that this one is the most amazing shine/gloss/sparkle I have ever witnessed coming from a lip product. I would happily call it a lip gloss if it wont harden a little during winter or when I store my product in refrigerator in hot weather which kind of testifies it being a liquid lipstick. But it still melts on lips as smooth as water..So the name calls it all... Water Shine. It flows like water and is definitely as sparkly as water

Speaking of water, I guess they tried to stay a little more true to "water" and let the product go a little sheerer than I would have liked my lip color to be. Now, when I say it is sheer I compare it to a lipstick, but when I use it as a lip gloss or top shade for a color matched or a light pink Lipstick/Lip pencil .. It rocks gorgeously. It gives the goodness of a lip product all in all, stays for good time, does not flow or feather at all and totally enhances the shade beneath. When used alone it gives lips a shiny tint and somehow the sparkly/shimmery nature show up more.I normally use it over the lipstick which aren't that moisturising or glossy, this seems to do the work pretty well

Being a totally shelled product I could not estimate the product it holds but since it is used very minimally, when used to top up a lip shade, I can easily say that that it sure will go a long way. It already has been a year I have this one in my case.I wish I could say the same about it for solo usage but I guess it won't be able to stay that long if used alone only.

I also would repeat my earlier complaint about the tip which I had mentioned in my other post, I so wish they had made a brush like tip like e.l.f hyper shine or stila lip enamel. The slanting pin holes are a constant trouble esp in hot weather when I almost always have the cap fill with product. Seriously ,no one wants an amazing shade go to waste.
All being said, this is one of  favorite shades and I so enjoy and value it above many other pink shades around..

There is no undesirable fragrance to it.
