Pixi is indeed an underrated brand, this very eye shadow is "fairly" evident of this statement .
HAVE A LOOK:
Pixi Fairy Light Solo Eye Shadow is a single eye shadow. The shade Champagne Glow is a very frosty pearly pink shade. It comes with a transparent lid which shows the color through and through.
One thing that didn't actually go well with me was the lid closing. The lid fastens very loosely and has absolutely no hold at staying shut. I do not know if this is just a problem with my item but it really bugs me at times. There is no applicator included which in my opinion is a good move.
I personally loved the engraved fairy that gives it an elegant high-end like touch and was actually sad when it started to fade after using the shadow many times.
HAVE A VIEW:
As mentioned the shade is frosty and actually gives a very whitish pink glow that is quite subtle and is suitable not only at the main lid but also as a highlight on brow bone.
The pigmentation is amazing and sometimes a primer is not even required to bring out the color. The texture is very buttery. I didn't find any gritty chunky glitter at all. The application goes on very smoothly and blends easily with other colors applied without fading.
HAVE A SAY:
I personally use it as a highlight for the browbone when going for an ombre or even gradient eye make up. Otherwise I normally love to use it on lid when I want a nude yet slightly glamorized look or near tear duct to to brighten the space. The shade brings enough light and softly glows the specified area. I personally love to apply it with my finger( I know not recommended eh?), because of the buttery nature it transfers easily to the fingertip and then to eye. It gives an equally beautiful result by using a flat eye shadow brush. I guess the credit goes to Pixi who claims it to be having natural ingredients as Jojoba oil, Shea butter, Vit E & C. These definitely are a big reason of the shadow being so smooth and fine. I recently have thought to use it on face as a highlight shade, haven't tried it though but would do so and update the post accordingly. I do have a good feeling about that.:)
HAVE A NOD or SHAKE:
So that was all about Pixi Fairy Light Solo Eye Shadow in Champagne Glow.
Hope you liked the review.
See you soon again.
Cheers
